No. I work from a hydro-bath, it’s not suitable for cutting hair.

Either £50, £60 or £70 and I offer a multi-dog discount.

£50 = small breeds to medium breeds.

£60 = large flat coat breeds and double coated medium breeds.

£70 = Heavy coated breeds.

We bring our own water. I have a generator but usually we use a house plug. We have a long lead. This is silent and is better for the dogs (and neighbors). If we cannot use a plug, please let us know in advance.

Yes. However, if your dog is significantly distressed and it is not safe to do so, we won’t. We always ask in the best interests of the dog.

Yes. We love them. But we must follow the rules t be insurance compliant. If the trailer is not behind a private gate, they must be muzzled in the trailer.

If you have completed the form for an appointment, we will respond if we can offer you a space. If we cannot offer one at this time, we will keep you on record for future availability. We cover a wide area and it’s hard to accommodate everyone.

I’m a one man operator, working 7 days a week and the nature of my business model is that I travel across the Midlands every day. Heavy coated breeds create greater cleaning requirements after the appointment. For this reason I tend to save the spots for these clients for the end of the working day, allowing time for cleaning the following morning when hair has settled in the trailer. This means there are less spots for these breed types, than short and flat coat breeds. If the website shows I am not taking on these breeds at the moment, it’s because my schedule doesn’t allow it. However if you have a long / thick coated breed and wish to be placed on a wait list, please complete the new customer form and I will keep you on record. Thanks.
